Das ist eine Plattform auf der Mann mit anderen Leuten, welche die gleiche Leidenschaft teilen wie man selbst , über seine Erfolge und auch über neue trainingsmethoden reden kann.

ich greife im november auch wieder an. war zuletzt ein dreiviertel jahr faul 
werd dich dann mal auf dem laufenden halten über meine fortschritte
